Research on magnetic field analytical modeling and transmission characteristics of squirrel cage asynchronous permanent magnet coupling

As a new type of magnetic transmission structure, asynchronous permanent magnet coupling has wide prospect application in mechanical field. This paper proposes squirrel cage combined with structural characteristics motor and motor. In order to study its field model characteristics, according nonlinear field, separate analytical iterative method is proposed decompose air gap on one hand, as source, magnetomotive force analyzed by equivalent circuit, the other induction armature, reaction rotor principle. Then, based time-varying electromagnetic theory, established, accurate torque equation deduced, detailed calculation process summarized. An 18.5kW prototype designed. According parameters, simulation established finite element software, correctness theoretical analysis verified simulation. The performance speed regulation are further discussed individually conditions constant torque, power centrifugal load. Finally, experimental developed loading platform built, results experiments.
